Even though the opening and artist talk is over, it’s still worth a stop into the Mahady gallery to see the great work by Marywood art faculty. There is a group installation as you walk in comprised of 10 ” x 10″ works by all faculty. My contribution are three color grid block prints I used as a basis for the design of the exhibit postcard. The grid was created by printing the backs of the wood letters on a proof press, scanned in, colorized in Photoshop and then printed on wood. The work is up until October 4th.
